Founding growth hire who will build Cassi's full-funnel growth engine: content, website conversion, outbound/email, social (LinkedIn), partnerships/events, and analytics. Own end-to-end employee experience from offer to offboarding, partner with PEO on payroll and benefits, maintain compliance and people policies, manage HRIS and people data, support performance management and employee relations, administer 401(k) and benefits, and drive culture, engagement, and scaling processes for rapid headcount growth.

Own the full sales cycle for a high-velocity SaaS product: prospect, qualify, and close deals rapidly (30-day cycles). Build and manage pipeline, partner with SDRs, drive expansion, refine messaging and processes, and provide product/leadership feedback to scale a repeatable sales motion.
