The Senior Sales Manager will generate and close wedding, catering, and social event business; negotiate proposals and contracts; manage room blocks and event details; conduct site visits; maintain client relationships; coordinate with hotel, banquet, culinary, reservations, and service teams; resolve guest concerns; achieve revenue goals; serve as Manager on Duty; and report production data to sales leadership.
