Manage and create social content for David Zwirner and David Zwirner Books across channels. Produce and edit short-form video, maintain a master content calendar in Notion, coordinate assets and approvals, publish and schedule posts, support community management, track performance, liaise with cross-functional teams and paid social, and drive ideation and influencer relationships to grow brand awareness.

Support the Sales Team and Front Desk with administrative and exhibition tasks: assist gallery openings and events, serve as gallery attendant, handle shipping/receiving and client materials, maintain supplies and internal documents, and support client viewings and mailings.

Support the Digital Content team by building and maintaining site content, troubleshooting with Web teams, assisting podcast pre/post-production, compiling analytics, conducting research, and working on ad hoc site optimization projects.

Support the Museum & Institutional Partnerships team with research, data entry, and database maintenance. Gather information on third-party exhibitions, update reference documents, and coordinate with marketing, research, and artist management. Handle proprietary client information with discretion and maintain accurate, detailed records.

Support the Art Fair team by assisting with building art fair booths and scale models, creating and printing wall labels, packing and unpacking supplies, maintaining organization of materials, and completing ad hoc projects to support gallery participation in global fairs.

Provide high-touch administrative and sales support to a Senior Director: manage artist and client communications, monitor exhibitions and inventory, handle consignments and offers, prepare appraisals and presentations, manage scheduling, travel, inboxes, invoices, and support viewings and preview events.

Support the Operations team with mail distribution, inventory and kitchen supply management, front desk greeting and visitor direction, and general administrative tasks. Maintain office supplies and equipment, track inventory levels, place orders, and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience while assisting staff and vendors.

Support exhibition production and registration by building physical scale models, creating digital 3D models and floor plans in Rhino, digitizing checklists and shipping documents, maintaining condition reports and inventory spreadsheets, and assisting installation documentation.
