Lead the People function for a fast-growing fintech/proptech company: execute people strategy, drive culture, manage talent and performance, administer total rewards and HRIS, ensure multi-state compliance, handle employee relations, and partner with Finance and executive team on headcount and compensation.

Design and build reliable, scalable, high-performance software. Write maintainable code (often using AI assistance), participate in design and code reviews, launch features, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and adopt security best practices across the codebase.
