Senior commercial leader owning sponsorship, partnership, and licensing sales across the Americas. Develop and execute regional sales strategy, prospect and close high-value deals, manage pipeline (Monday.com), cultivate senior brand and agency relationships, collaborate cross-functionally for activation and delivery, represent SailGP at events, and report revenue performance to senior leadership.

Lead regional event procurement: source and manage vendors, run RFPs/RFQs, maintain Gatekeeper records, ensure contracts/compliance, support P2P budgeting, coordinate with Legal/Finance, and assist post-event reconciliation.

Lead SailGP’s Americas marketing strategy across the U.S., Canada, Caribbean, and LATAM. Oversee event marketing, ticketing, broadcast promotion, digital and social campaigns, partnerships, budgets, agencies, and fan-experience activations. Drive brand awareness, ticket sales, audience growth, and campaign ROI while managing host-city stakeholders and developing a regional marketing team. Collaborate with global, commercial, communications, event operations, and SailGP teams to deliver high-impact events and culturally relevant campaigns.
