Leads firmwide attorney and professional staff recruiting strategy across nationwide offices. Advises leadership on talent planning, succession, recruiting metrics, employer branding, and market trends; oversees the full recruiting lifecycle, team development, vendor relationships, budget, and consistent candidate experiences.
