The role focuses primarily on data center infrastructure while supporting additional strategic markets. It transforms research and market data into actionable insights for account executives, pursuit strategies, and revenue growth.

Manage full lifecycle of supplier, service, and construction contracts: identify and onboard partners, develop solicitations, negotiate terms, oversee execution, ensure compliance, manage closeout, report performance, and leverage analytics for risk identification and decision support.

Lead enterprise safety, compliance, and risk management programs across distributed operations. Develop policy, audits, incident investigation, training, and metrics. Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT), drive continuous improvement, and support cross-functional integration and contract readiness.
