Develops and programs building automation control databases, graphics, and sequences while leading startup, commissioning, troubleshooting, and complex system integrations. The role oversees large projects, coordinates field teams and contractors, optimizes HVAC and energy-control strategies, mentors junior technicians, supports customers, and prepares commissioning and closeout documentation. Requires extensive BAS programming, electrical circuitry, networking, protocol integration, and field commissioning experience with platforms such as Tridium, Honeywell, Distech, or Alerton.

Drive new and existing business for integrated security, networking/data cabling, and commercial AV solutions. Build annual sales plans, pursue client relationships, present technical solutions, manage CRM and forecasting, collaborate with Operations/Engineering/IT, and monitor competitive technology trends. Travel to customer sites and occasional overnight travel required.
