Build, test, deploy, and govern AI workflows for M&A transactions using legal technology tools. Translate M&A legal reasoning into reliable AI logic, evaluate outputs, manage datasets and testing frameworks, advise on AI governance and professional responsibility, train attorneys, assess new technologies, and lead AI adoption across the practice.

The role manages AI risks across the lifecycle, including privacy, cybersecurity, compliance, ethics, and third-party risk. It monitors global AI regulations, advises partners and senior leadership, coordinates with legal, security, information governance, and technology teams, and drives responsible AI training, awareness, and adoption across the firm.
