The Conflicts Analyst supports law firm client and matter intake by reviewing conflict inquiries, applying ethical and business rules, researching prospective clients and related parties, assessing risks, and preparing conflict waivers. The role maintains accurate conflicts data, verifies intake information, collaborates with attorneys and global staff, and manages high-volume assignments with discretion, strong organization, and tight deadlines.

Manages client development and business development initiatives for litigation, investigations, and regulatory practices. Responsibilities include developing pitches and proposals, conducting client and competitive research, implementing strategic plans, maintaining marketing collateral and databases, supporting website and communications content, coordinating events, managing directory submissions, and cultivating relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders. The role also oversees multiple projects, supports revenue growth, and collaborates across offices and departments.

Develop and lead enterprise security architecture across on-premises, cloud, and containerized environments. Establish security standards, roadmaps, hardening practices, and AI security controls; review architectures, guide implementations, evaluate security tools, and mitigate technology risks. Advise business and engineering stakeholders, oversee proof-of-concepts and integrations, monitor security effectiveness, and address emerging cyber threats through threat intelligence and strategic risk management.

Lead strategy and execution of litigation submissions to major legal directories (Chambers, Legal 500, Benchmark, etc.). Manage submission content, researcher interviews, reference outreach, results tracking, and a centralized litigation matter database. Partner with litigators, practice leaders, and CDE teams to develop narratives, benchmark rankings, and train stakeholders to improve department visibility and rankings.

Manage the firm’s learning management system, including configuration, permissions, content organization, governance, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and system optimization. Lead end-user training, documentation, change management, and support for administrators and learners. Analyze LMS engagement, utilization, and user data to produce actionable business intelligence and improve learning strategy, system performance, and user experience.

Lead development and execution of infrastructure security strategy and roadmap across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Establish standards, implement controls (servers, endpoints, network, cloud, containers), drive automation (IaC, policy-as-code), manage security tooling lifecycle, measure KPIs/KRIs, remediate risks, mentor engineers, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable secure technology delivery and incident response.

Lead and operationalize the enterprise application security program across internal and third-party applications, APIs, cloud-native and containerized workloads. Define secure SDLC/DevSecOps standards, integrate automated testing into CI/CD, manage AppSec tooling lifecycle, perform threat modeling and architecture reviews, mentor engineers, manage third‑party risk, and report metrics to technical and executive stakeholders.

Lead firm-wide AI program management from strategy through deployment and adoption. Oversee vendor selection and integrations (Claude, Harvey, Co-Pilot), implement PMO governance, apply Agile practices, manage roadmaps/budgets/risks, drive change management and responsible AI compliance, and mentor PMO staff to ensure measurable business value across practice groups.

Manage planning, execution, governance, and delivery of firm-wide programs. Lead project lifecycles, stakeholder coordination, change management, roadmaps, budgets, risk registers, and reporting. Liaise with business, legal, leadership, and vendors; support PMO governance, adoption activities, and compliance with data privacy and confidentiality.

Manage staffing, utilization, hiring, onboarding, performance and professional development for the Corporate paralegal team. Coordinate resource allocation across offices, improve workflows and processes, implement automation/AI opportunities, handle reporting and budgeting, and serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, practice directors and stakeholders.
