Develop and manage grant proposals, reports, budgets, and compliance for foundation, corporate, and government funders. Coordinate with program, finance, and research staff; maintain grant tracking; conduct prospect research; support funder visits; and cultivate funder relationships to secure funding for EA's social service programs.

Manage and maintain child and personnel digital files, ensure data quality and integrity in ChildPlus and DOE systems, run and produce reports for dashboards and funders, support compliance with Head Start/DOE/DOH standards, troubleshoot database issues, and collaborate with program and research teams to improve data-driven decision making.

Provide front-line member service at the 14th Street Y: assist visitors and callers, process membership sales and registrations, manage membership processes and reporting, lead small customer-service trainings, support retention/outreach, and collaborate with membership and sales staff.
