Own post-sales customer lifecycle for a TPRM SaaS product: onboard, drive adoption, enable integrations (SSO, Jira, Slack), support technical troubleshooting, partner on renewals/expansion, relay customer feedback to Product/Engineering, lead QBRs, and build playbooks as an early team member.

Provide administrative and personal support to the US team and CEO: manage office operations, supplies, vendors, and deliveries; organize team events and company conferences; coordinate travel and expenses; assist with interview scheduling and general admin tasks; support Marketing on event logistics. Part-time role with weekly NYC office presence.
