Provides managed-services systems engineering for IBM z environments, including troubleshooting, software implementation and tuning, storage management, disaster recovery, hardware upgrades, performance monitoring, and capacity planning. The role supports customer environments, coordinates with software vendors, documents systems, advises clients, contributes to proposals, and identifies service opportunities. Expertise in IBM installation procedures, core utilities, z ISV products, and UNIX System Services is required, with DB2, CICS, telecommunications, security, automation, Java, and WLM experience preferred.

Drive enterprise sales by identifying new opportunities, expanding existing accounts, positioning complex IT solutions, and closing large technology deals. Build executive-level client relationships, develop proposals, coordinate quoting and solution scoping with sales and engineering teams, and sell hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, managed, professional, and advisory services. The role is remote within the Southwest with client travel as needed.
