Own Light’s data center business development segment, identifying hyperscalers, operators, and campus developers; building relationships across power, economic development, community affairs, entitlements, and site leadership; and converting opportunities into signed energy partnerships. The role involves developing flexible load pilots, retail supply programs, distributed energy resource packages, and community benefit agreements, sharing market insights externally, shaping Light’s product strategy, and traveling approximately 50% to sites, events, and partner meetings.

Own renewals and recovery of stalled enrollments by running outreach, calls, campaigns, and appointments. Build renewal cadences, scripts, and recovery processes. Analyze customer data to identify churn drivers and drive fixes with product, pricing, and partner teams. Act as the voice of the customer in cross-functional renewals work.
