Provides functional consulting for end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and enhancements. Gathers requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs and configures Workday solutions, supports integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities. Collaborates with HR and business stakeholders across Core HR, talent, compensation, benefits, absence, recruiting, performance, and learning processes while preparing documentation and training materials.

Lead requirements gathering, translate business needs into functional specs, create user stories and process maps, manage product backlogs, support Salesforce implementation and optimization, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and collaborate with developers and QA in Agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet enterprise standards.
