Establish web UX processes, standards, research practices, and design language; lead UX for product launches and the full ecommerce journey from browsing through checkout. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with marketing, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders. Improve navigation, content architecture, and cross-platform experiences while building organizational alignment and design quality.

Manage Marketo-Salesforce integration, segmentation, personalization, testing, compliance, and revenue attribution. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, customer success, e-commerce, and analytics teams while improving workflows and adapting to shifting priorities.
