The role requires strong editorial judgment, cultural fluency, strategic concepting, and a portfolio demonstrating high-quality narrative and social work.

Lead brand positioning, architecture, stewardship, and portfolio evolution for a global card business. Manage concurrent creative development initiatives, ensure consistent brand execution, drive operational follow-through, and collaborate independently with internal brand leadership on strategic decisions and escalations.

Lead concept development and art direction for social-first content, including photo and video shoots, campaigns, and fast-turn creative. Partner with creative, content, and platform teams to create culturally relevant, platform-native work. Apply strong design judgment across layouts, typography, and visual systems while monitoring trends and exploring AI-enabled creative workflows.
