Launch campaigns, maintain journey logic, conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and report on lifecycle KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, Experience, and Growth teams to improve patient engagement, care adherence, conversion, retention, renewal, and lifetime value while meeting clinical and compliance requirements.
