Lead the design, development, and deployment of an agentic generative AI platform for wholesale credit risk model development. Partner with quantitative analysts and model risk stakeholders to define use cases, architect secure RAG and orchestration capabilities, integrate data sources and LLMs, and establish CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and governance. Provide hands-on software development while leading, mentoring, and managing a team responsible for platform delivery.

Establish secure distributed-system patterns, conduct threat modeling and design reviews, integrate security testing into CI/CD, and provide technical leadership for cryptographic decisions, vulnerability triage, and security incidents.

Leads Citi’s Product Strategy, Research & Partner Engagement function for U.S. Consumer Cards. Defines digital and client experience strategy, evaluates customer and market insights, assesses emerging technologies including AI, shapes product roadmaps and investment priorities, and aligns senior stakeholders across cards, marketing, risk, operations, wealth, and retail. Oversees research, competitive intelligence, executive governance, strategic communications, and a 15–20-person team.

Lead the target-state business architecture for Citi’s global finance transformation as core finance platforms migrate to Oracle SaaS. Define architecture across general ledger, financial close, data substantiation, and reconciliation; analyze current processes; create process models, functional designs, and data flows; engage senior stakeholders; and translate business architecture into technology requirements. The role requires deep finance and accounting expertise, business process modeling, data governance knowledge, and strong strategic communication skills.

Leads Citi’s global Sanctions Operations organization and North American Payments Operations. Oversees sanctions screening, investigations, payment processing, clearing and settlement across major U.S. and Canadian rails. Drives regulatory compliance, operational resilience, risk management, transformation, automation, AI adoption, governance, client experience, and remediation. Partners with Technology, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, Product, regulators, industry bodies, and institutional clients. Participate in Citi’s ten-week Corporate Finance summer associate program, gaining exposure to Controllers, Treasury, FP&A, Tax, and Chief Finance Offices. Associates complete challenging finance projects, support financial performance and strategic execution, optimize resources, contribute to finance transformation and controls, and develop analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills. The program includes senior leader exposure, mentoring, training, rotational responsibility, and potential progression into Citi’s full-time Financial Management Associate program.
