Own the full recruiting cycle for technical and forward-deployed roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing. Build diverse talent pipelines, partner with founders and hiring managers, improve candidate experience, advise on structured interviews, maintain recruiting data, and strengthen employer branding and hiring processes. The role requires technical fluency, strong communication, autonomous execution, and the ability to recruit senior engineers and specialized hybrid profiles in an early-stage environment.
