Assist with managing video projects through post-production, including task assignment, schedule tracking, asset organization, quality control, client revisions, voiceover coordination, budgets, timelines, and project closeout. Collaborate with directors, editors, animators, and creative teams while identifying workflow improvements and supporting timely delivery.
