Responsibilities include owning contracting and revenue lifecycle processes, influencing C-suite leaders, translating market feedback into product improvements, and potentially hiring future GTM team members.

Build Poetic’s recruiting processes and systems from scratch, optimize sourcing channels, improve interview effectiveness, and help scale the talent organization. A major hiring focus is forward-deployed engineering and strategy roles.

Own strategic Fortune 500 customer deployments from pilot through global scale. Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, process discovery, change management, deployment planning, account expansion, relationship building, and identifying repeatable automation patterns. The role requires high autonomy, enterprise customer navigation, technical fluency, project management, and strong communication skills. Strategists work in person in San Francisco or New York City and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve deployment practices.

Build and deploy production-grade automation for strategic Fortune 500 customers using Poetic’s AI-English programming language and platform. Responsibilities include discovering complex workflows, architecting scalable solutions, managing customer deployments from pilots through global rollouts, communicating with stakeholders, identifying repeatable deployment patterns, maintaining customer relationships, and expanding automation opportunities.
