Supports firmwide internal communications by planning campaigns, drafting and editing leadership messages and employee content, managing intranet and collaboration channels, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting organizational change initiatives. Maintains communications calendars, publishing processes, toolkits, and content governance while tracking engagement and feedback. Provides leaders with messaging guidance, presentations, FAQs, talking points, and other materials to promote alignment, readiness, engagement, and adoption across the firm.

The role requires regular in-office presence and considerable overtime when needed.

Also supports employer branding, networking, and talent pipeline initiatives.

Supports the Pro Bono Department with matter tracking, database updates, event and training coordination, marketing content, intranet materials, audits, surveys, research, and special projects. The intern works collaboratively with Pro Bono, Information Technology, and Finance teams while maintaining accurate records and completing tasks independently. This is a part-time, in-office role requiring 10 hours per week.

Manages and validates client, firm, matter, and timekeeper billing rates within the finance system. Implements rate arrangements, discounts, and cost exceptions; monitors expirations; reviews client guidelines and engagement letters; resolves billing inquiries; supports annual rate uploads, reporting, system testing, documentation, and high-volume request tracking.

Supports business development for the Private Investment Funds practice by preparing pitches, proposals, and marketing materials; coordinating legal directory submissions, events, sponsorships, and campaigns; conducting client and market research; maintaining CRM data, trackers, and collateral; supporting budgets, reporting, communications, and revenue-growth initiatives; and raising the profiles of practices and lawyers.

The Business Analyst analyzes and improves business processes, documents requirements and workflows, translates business needs into technical requirements, and supports solution delivery and user acceptance testing. The role collaborates with technical and non-technical stakeholders, identifies process gaps, recommends improvements, maintains project documentation, and manages multiple initiatives for the firm.
