Leads TNTP’s external affairs strategy, organizational narrative, brand, marketing, media, publications, campaigns, events, executive communications, and internal communications. Serves as a senior spokesperson, oversees high-impact thought leadership and digital engagement, aligns enterprise messaging, manages crisis communications, and builds high-performing communications and marketing teams. The role requires deep K-12 education knowledge, exceptional writing, executive counsel, and 10+ years of senior leadership experience.

Leads TNTP’s multi-year fundraising strategy, revenue growth, funder portfolio diversification, public funding strategy, and high-value donor relationships. Builds a scalable, high-performing fundraising function through team leadership, improved systems, CRM infrastructure, forecasting, proposal development, reporting, and data quality. Partners with the CEO, board, finance, research, program, and regional leaders to align fundraising with strategic priorities and organizational sustainability.
