Leads procurement of electrical equipment for construction projects, managing sourcing strategies, supplier identification, bidding, bid leveling, negotiations, equipment compatibility, and assignment to installing trade partners. The role requires strong writing, organization, collaboration, visual communication, and proposal-management skills, with regular in-person work in Manhattan.

Oversee financial activity for construction projects from setup through closeout. Responsibilities include forecasting costs and billing, monitoring change orders, revenue recognition, contract compliance, subcontractor billings and payments, client requisitions, accounts receivable, cost reporting, profitability analysis, and identifying budget risks. The role partners closely with project teams and supports financial reviews, collections, process controls, and monthly reporting.

Supports construction project accounting across job setup, cost tracking, billing, accounts payable, subcontractor documentation, compliance records, audits, and project closeout. Processes invoices, verifies coding, responds to subcontractor inquiries, maintains organized files, and helps ensure accurate and timely financial records. Requires accounting or financial administration experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organization and attention to detail.

Account Executive responsible for developing enterprise client relationships, maintaining account plans, supporting construction project delivery, managing risks and margins, attending milestone events, and fostering strong team culture. The role requires approximately 10 years of A/E/C experience, construction process knowledge, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to oversee complex projects and client accounts. Travel averages two trips per month throughout the United States.
