Leads strategic customer relationships and global cross-functional programs for AI and data center infrastructure. Translates customer requirements into product specifications, business cases, supply chain strategies, and roadmaps. Owns programs from RFQ and quoting through NPI, certification, mass production, and profitability. Manages matrix teams across multiple countries, negotiates commercial agreements and investments, oversees risks and capacity, and reports revenue, margin, ROI, and growth performance to executives.

Owns the technical roadmap for hyperscale AI infrastructure and GPU-cluster solutions involving CPO, silicon photonics, optical interconnect, networking, and compute architectures. Evaluates industry technology and competitive roadmaps, guides R&D priorities, develops ecosystem partnerships, advises leadership, and represents the company at conferences, standards bodies, and co-innovation forums. The role requires strong systems expertise, executive communication, external influence, and strategic technology forecasting.
