Owns PMI’s portfolio-wide product marketing strategy and go-to-market operating rhythm. Leads positioning, messaging, launch prioritization, content strategy, market education, competitive intelligence, regional activation, and commercialization readiness. Manages a four-person product marketing and GTM operations team while aligning product, content, sales, web, delivery, partner, legal, and regional stakeholders. Builds scalable PMM systems, integrated GTM plans, executive narratives, and measurable commercial outcomes across PMI’s product portfolio.

Provides substantive support for a global privacy program, including privacy agreement review, data subject rights requests, compliance tracking, legal research, policy drafting, privacy assessments, audits, and cross-functional coordination. The role independently manages routine privacy matters, maintains compliance and legal documentation, monitors global privacy regulations, and supports governance, remediation, and reporting activities.

Drives B2B client acquisition, product consumption, account expansion, and revenue growth across key accounts. Develops strategic account plans, manages executive and stakeholder relationships, maintains CRM and pipeline data, supports forecasting and reporting, and collaborates with regional, marketing, and sales teams. Develops and executes organic social media campaigns and broader initiatives. Supports PMI’s research agenda through survey, qualitative, secondary, quantitative, business analysis, and foresight research. Analyzes AI, technology disruption, macroeconomic, industry, and future-of-work trends; translates complex findings into executive-ready insights, narratives, thought leadership, and strategic recommendations. The role requires rigorous methodology, independent initiative, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to assess technical developments and their business implications.

Manages PMI’s Quality Management System supporting certification programs. Oversees policy and document governance, audit readiness, internal audits, corrective actions, process improvement, compliance initiatives, and controlled records. Interprets certification standards and translates requirements into procedures, process maps, training, and implementation plans. Collaborates cross-functionally with certification, operations, legal, privacy, product, customer care, and vendors while synthesizing risks and audit data into executive reporting.

Develops social-first video, photography, graphics, and UGC content from concept through delivery across major social platforms. Responsibilities include scripting, filming, editing, on-camera storytelling, event coverage, caption writing, asset versioning, performance optimization, and maintaining production workflows. The role collaborates with marketing and creative teams, manages rapid-turn assignments, applies brand standards, and uses AI tools responsibly to improve content production.

Supports go-to-market product launches and updates through workflow execution, documentation, operational copywriting, asset trafficking, approval coordination, readiness materials, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Maintains timelines, trackers, dashboards, dependency logs, documentation libraries, and version control while escalating risks and supporting process improvements across Product, Brand, CX, and regional marketing teams.
