Elicits and manages requirements, decomposes work into Agile backlog items, defines acceptance criteria, maintains traceability, supports SDLC activities, coordinates testing and deployment, and facilitates Scrum events. The role also develops roadmaps and metrics, supports production outages, prepares release materials, trains users, transfers knowledge, and mentors Government personnel. Requires Agile delivery experience, business requirements expertise, SQL and Excel proficiency, U.S. citizenship, and successful completion of a Public Trust investigation.

Provides technical and strategic support for global polio eradication programs, including program design, policy development, country engagement, performance metrics, health financing, monitoring, and adaptive strategies. The role develops guidance, training materials, reports, briefings, and recommendations while coordinating with governments, donors, partners, and U.S. Department of State stakeholders. It requires extensive global health program management experience and a Secret clearance.
