Oversee enterprise IT change management in a federal and DoD-aligned environment. Lead ITIL-based change governance, facilitate the Change Control Board, assess technical risk and dependencies, coordinate approvals and readiness across technical teams, manage emergency changes and change calendars, track metrics and audit compliance, and support post-implementation reviews.
