Owns the Workday HRIS ecosystem, including configuration, security, integrations, data governance, reporting, releases, testing, and troubleshooting. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes, automate transactions, improve data quality, manage connected HR technologies, and support implementations and upgrades. Develops dashboards and reports, oversees compliance and access controls, supports HR modules, and leads training, communications, and documentation.
