Develops bid schedules, project baselines, logistics plans, monthly schedule narratives, recovery plans, and regional performance reporting. Collaborates with estimating, project management, field operations, and stakeholders to monitor critical paths, procurement, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and schedule impacts. Coaches construction staff and audits schedules for contractual and industry compliance.
