Partners with the CFO, private equity sponsors, board, and lenders on refinancing, acquisitions, due diligence, integration, covenant compliance, and exit readiness. Builds financial models, supports audits, tracks synergies, and improves scalable finance processes for a rapidly growing company.

Develop and expand an assigned sales territory by meeting revenue goals, acquiring commercial automotive accounts, managing strategic relationships, and improving customer retention. Lead Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives, analyze sales and profitability metrics, create market action plans, collaborate with operations, resolve customer issues, support loss prevention, and promote workplace safety. Extensive travel of 50% or more throughout the territory is required.

Supports FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, financial modeling, and long-range planning across regional business segments. Develops dashboards and reporting packages, analyzes revenue, margins, labor, pricing, capital, and location decisions, and partners with controllers and operators to validate results. Helps improve recurring planning and reporting processes and communicates financial insights to regional and corporate leadership.

Performs month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statement preparation, variance analysis, audit support, and process improvement. The role researches discrepancies, prepares bank-reporting footnotes, documents controls, coordinates accounting projects, and supports system implementations and ad hoc analyses. Collaboration with Accounts Payable, Payroll, FP&A, Operations, and other departments is required.
