Collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and operational leaders to improve training effectiveness and ensure alignment with CMS, OPTN/UNOS, federal, and New York State requirements.

Manages full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, talent management, benefits administration, employee records, policy guidance, and termination processes. Partners with department leaders on talent strategies, maintains confidential personnel files, supports employment-law compliance, and responds to employee and applicant inquiries. The role also contributes to process improvement, organizational culture initiatives, and HR reporting.

Designs, develops, implements, and maintains LiveOnNY’s cloud infrastructure, IT systems, networks, security, and operations. May assist with family engagement and donation conversations in collaboration with hospital partners. Requires travel throughout the service area and occasional work outside standard business hours.
