Prepares journal entries, reporting packages, financial models, KPIs, and rolling forecasts while maintaining reporting templates and meeting corporate financial deadlines. Collaborates across departments to resolve accounting issues and provide actionable business insights.

Supervises digital investment planning and buying, including media partner selection, negotiations, campaign execution, budget control, performance reporting, optimization, and vendor relationships. Leads proposal evaluations, supports integrated digital recommendations, resolves billing issues, monitors industry trends, and develops junior team members through coaching and collaboration.

Create and execute broadcast and digital advertising concepts aligned with strategy. Lead creative teams, mentor junior creatives, present work to leadership, collaborate with account services, production, and strategy teams, and uphold the agency’s creative process through project completion.

Supports end-to-end agency new business pitches, RFIs, RFPs, presentations, and credentials. Coordinates pitch logistics, calendars, resources, briefing, editing, reporting, case study development, agency bios, and client background materials. Collaborates with design, production, and agency teams while maintaining response libraries and ensuring accurate, timely delivery. Requires excellent communication, writing, editing, organization, project management, adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
