Builds relationships with federal acquisition offices and agencies, shapes solicitations, mentors regional BD teams, oversees CRM reporting, supports teaming and proposal efforts, and ensures successful transition of awarded projects. Requires extensive federal construction or government contracting experience, agency expertise, FAR knowledge, and proficiency with federal procurement intelligence tools.
