Manages logistics, vendors, communications, budgets, forecasting, expenses, and conference preparation. Collaborates with sales, business development, international marketing, and cross-functional teams while supporting campaigns, content development, stakeholder engagement, and brand promotion. Travel is required as needed.

Manage customer contracts from award through negotiation, execution, and delivery hand-off. Responsibilities include coordinating agreements and redlines, maintaining repositories and version control, tracking obligations and renewals, identifying risks, supporting billing and revenue processes, preparing status reports, improving workflows, and answering post-handoff contract questions. The role also supports proposals, RFPs, sales initiatives, and CRM tracking, with approximately 15% travel.

Translate customer needs into functional specifications, analyze and optimize processes, train users, manage expectations, support workshops and testing, identify project risks, and collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to deliver high-quality implementations.
