Owns ABM programs, funnel reporting, marketing technology, pipeline contribution, enterprise sales support, and thought leadership across healthcare AI and infrastructure. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to define Candor’s category, strengthen market positioning, and accelerate enterprise revenue.

Works with clients to understand workflows, explain healthcare data APIs and exports, configure custom data solutions, document integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and translate customer needs into requirements for product and engineering teams. The role also implements last-mile integrations and uses AI tooling to improve issue remediation.

Own strategic relationships and success for a portfolio of complex healthcare technology clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, investigate data questions, interpret insights, manage implementations and projects, drive adoption, retention, and expansion, and lead business reviews, training, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product while translating client needs into actionable feedback and maintaining ownership of risks, milestones, and outcomes.
