Own the full SaaS sales cycle from discovery through close, leading demos and proofs of value for Controllers and CFOs. Build customer relationships, translate finance workflows into solution narratives, maintain HubSpot pipeline hygiene, forecast accurately, and provide customer feedback to product and solutions teams. Help shape messaging, pricing feedback, and repeatable sales processes while operating autonomously in an early-stage environment.

Own end-to-end onboarding from contract signature through first successful close, configure customer workflows and AI agents, monitor account health, manage renewals and expansion, and lead executive business reviews. The role requires technical fluency with ERP integrations, SSO, APIs, and finance close processes, plus the ability to manage 8–12 B2B SaaS accounts and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales.
