Drives B2B growth marketing analytics across acquisition, lifecycle, and revenue channels. Builds dashboards, funnel views, KPI frameworks, cohort analyses, forecasting models, and automated reporting. Evaluates experiments, attribution, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution while recommending data-backed optimization decisions. Partners with Demand Generation, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams to improve funnel efficiency and clarify marketing ROI.

Supports HR operations by advising managers and employees, conducting onboarding, handling policies and documentation, and coordinating dispute resolution. Oversees general affairs, facility operations, lease vehicles, vendors, invoices, space planning, employee events, SOPs, bilingual communications, and management reporting. Requires Korean-English fluency, supervisory experience, budgeting skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
