Leads PRG’s enterprise corporate strategy, including strategic planning, growth analysis, cross-functional initiatives, KPI frameworks, market intelligence, and executive business insights. Partners with senior leaders across finance, operations, production, and commercial functions to identify risks, opportunities, revenue streams, and expansion priorities. Establishes repeatable strategic planning and performance measurement processes while translating complex financial and market information into actionable enterprise decisions.

Leads sports partnership business development, pursuing national and international sales opportunities across teams, leagues, events, agencies, sponsors, and esports. Builds senior client relationships, manages the sales pipeline, leads RFPs and presentations, develops scopes and budgets, and coordinates technical, estimation, and project teams. Expands scenic and production-service revenue while representing PRG at industry events. Extensive travel is required.
