Conducts market, competitor, industry, and client research to support business development and strategic growth initiatives. Coordinates clients, lenders, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams; tracks deal status and post-closing items; reviews junior paralegal work; mentors team members; maintains confidential records; and improves workflows, templates, and procedures.

Owns and supports risk, compliance, and information governance applications, including IntApp platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, administration, SaaS upgrades, requirements gathering, technical solution design, documentation, QA support, user training, vendor management, integrations, and IT change and incident management. The role partners with business, IT, InfoSec, and project management teams while advising on application capabilities, security, data governance, and product roadmaps.
