Own the architecture and development of data-intensive web applications powering customer insights. Successful candidates will have substantial full-cycle enterprise sales experience and a record of landing new logos.

Lead customer enablement, strategic account delivery, research consulting, and self-service success for a software-enabled consumer insights platform. Ensure first-project success, retention, high-quality research execution, and effective subscription utilization. Partner with Sales, Research, and Product on solution design, scoping, pricing, GTM enablement, customer expansion, and process improvement. Guide research projects involving survey design, statistical analysis, reporting, and actionable recommendations.
