Chief of Staff partners with the CEO to run company operating cadence, maintain metrics infrastructure, lead cross-functional initiatives, support customer and investor meetings, and ensure follow-through. The role includes market launches, partnerships, planning, reporting, and process improvement, with an opportunity to grow into functional or business-line leadership. Candidates need 2–5 years in consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth startup, strong analytical and communication skills, AI fluency, organization, judgment, and healthcare or life sciences exposure.

Own the full provider partnership lifecycle, including sourcing and signing specialty practices, coordinating implementation and EHR integrations, managing data agreements and payments, and driving long-term engagement. Serve as the internal voice of providers while partnering with founders, counsel, and internal teams to improve onboarding, communication, retention, and product decisions.
