Lead Prosper Health’s provider growth engine by building clinical capacity models, forecasting workforce needs, identifying bottlenecks, and developing solutions across recruiting, clinician utilization, incentives, licensing, and care models. Establish operating rhythms, accountability systems, and scalable processes to make provider capacity predictable. Own the existing team, help build the broader function, and partner with Clinical Operations, Recruiting, Product, and leadership to expand access to care.

Own Prosper Health’s client engagement and retention function across the full lifecycle. Identify and size growth opportunities using funnel, behavioral, and qualitative data; develop lifecycle strategies, experiments, segmentation, triggers, dashboards, and messaging; and partner with Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations on improvements. Build a scalable experimentation and lifecycle marketing engine across email, SMS, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and cross-product journeys, while establishing the function’s operating model and eventually building a team.

Lead scalable People Operations systems supporting clinician and HQ growth. Responsibilities include clinician onboarding, compensation and benefits strategy, organization design, career pathways, employee-relations workflows, People Ops service delivery, HQ engagement and retention, and team leadership. The role combines strategic problem-solving with hands-on operational execution, using data and reliable processes to improve workforce outcomes as the organization scales.

Sources, attracts, and hires psychologists and therapists serving autistic and neurodivergent adults. Manages full-cycle recruiting, builds clinician relationships, verifies licenses and credentials, maintains ATS records, coordinates with clinical leaders, and improves sourcing and recruiting processes while delivering a strong candidate experience.
