Leads the Health Fund’s Data Engineering Team and oversees enterprise data warehouses, pipelines, integrations, governance, testing, and data quality initiatives. Provides technical leadership, manages staff, translates business requirements into scalable solutions, and partners with business, technology, QA, infrastructure, and external vendors. Ensures data platforms meet performance, reliability, privacy, security, regulatory, and operational requirements while developing data strategy, architecture, documentation, standards, and best practices.

Provides immigration legal representation and advice to eligible union members and dependents. Responsibilities include client intake, immigration forms, motions, briefs, legal research, agency and court appearances, FOIA records requests, case tracking, client communication, and monitoring legal changes. The attorney also trains legal support staff, maintains confidential records, attends member meetings, and collaborates with supervising attorneys.

Leads the organization’s information security program, including security operations, incident response, risk management, vulnerability management, security architecture, compliance, business continuity, and security technology oversight. Manages security staff and SOC-provider relationships, develops policies and response plans, coordinates audits and assessments, monitors threats, and leads remediation and incident-handling activities. Provides after-hours and on-call support while driving security awareness and continuous improvement.

Provide matrimonial law representation to eligible union members, including client consultations, court appearances, pleadings, motions, legal research, correspondence, and case-file management. Maintain communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel; report case status to supervising attorneys; safeguard confidential information; and train support staff. Participate in member outreach and occasional travel while using electronic filing, digital evidence, virtual practice, and AI-assisted legal tools.

Provide immigration legal advice and representation to eligible union members before USCIS, EOIR, the Department of State, and related venues. Conduct client intakes, prepare forms and legal documents, research and monitor immigration law, manage case records, communicate with clients and agencies, and supervise legal support staff and interns. The role also requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, legal research and writing, electronic filing, and attendance at member meetings with travel as needed.
