Provides high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership. Responsibilities include complex calendar and meeting coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reporting, executive communications, meeting materials, action-item tracking, special projects, and confidential information management. The role serves as a liaison among executives, employees, healthcare providers, vendors, and business partners while proactively managing priorities and resolving scheduling or administrative issues.
