Provides administrative and operational support to the HR/People & Culture team, including employee records, onboarding and offboarding, recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, HRIS updates, benefits administration, payroll support, reporting, data entry, compliance activities, and employee communications. Handles confidential information, responds to routine HR questions, maintains accurate documentation, and coordinates with employees, candidates, payroll, IT, and management.

Enters, verifies, updates, reconciles, and maintains patient, provider, practice, and administrative data. Performs document scanning, filing, data cleanup, quality checks, reporting support, and discrepancy resolution while protecting confidential information and following HIPAA, privacy, and security procedures. Collaborates with operations, clinical, care-management, and provider-support teams in office, hybrid, or remote environments.
