Manage power systems product support sales and service programs, including engine parts, service offerings, pricing, margins, quotations, contracts, and customer relationships. Lead sales strategies, collaborate with parts, service, project management, and Caterpillar teams, and support new installations. Develop and retain a high-performing workforce through coaching and accountability while promoting safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Local travel of up to 50% is required.
