Manages a portfolio of 125+ major gift donors, identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth individuals. Conducts face-to-face solicitations, develops proposals and donor materials, supports executive and board fundraising, performs prospect research, tracks donor activity in Raiser's Edge, forecasts fundraising results, and recruits volunteers. The role requires substantial fundraising experience and focuses on securing gifts of $25,000 or more.
