Own product strategy, roadmap, platform design, packaging, pricing, and product processes as Klarify’s first product leader. Partner with the CEO and CTO on prioritization, set adoption, retention, and revenue goals, engage therapists, oversee support, incorporate privacy into product decisions, support investor storytelling, and personally ship prototypes, internal tools, and production code.

Own Klarify’s product roadmap, feature development, customer discovery, support, adoption, experimentation, and success metrics. Work closely with the CEO and engineering team to simplify therapists’ workflows, build AI-powered prototypes and features, and improve usage across the platform. The role requires shipping code, incorporating customer feedback, protecting privacy, and contributing broadly as an early startup hire.
